Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our Contact Us page with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the fault
  • Photos or video evidence of the damage or fault

Once we have reviewed your claim we will work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a full refund or replacement item.

Non-Faulty Items As all our products are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers, we do not accept returns for unwanted items or incorrect size selections. Please check all product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
